All orders are shipped using DPD, one of the UK’s leading courier services, ensuring fully tracked and secure delivery.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day

📍 Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days (DPD Next Day where available)

  • International Delivery: 3–7 working days (subject to location)

📦 Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A DPD tracking number

  • Real-time tracking updates via email or SMS

🔐 Secure Delivery

Due to the high-value nature of our products:

  • All parcels are fully insured

  • Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt

  • DPD may provide a delivery time window on the day of arrival

  • We will work directly with DPD to resolve the issue

For orders shipped outside the UK:
